What information do cookies collect?
Cookie types used by Luck and Luck and their uses:
There are different types of cookies that are used for varying functions on a website, for example some cookies are used to identify and resolve website errors, or provide product recommendations based on your browsing history.
Cookies have been classified into four categories by the ICC UK, based on their functions and what they are used for. The following three are used by Luck and Luck:
Strictly necessary cookies: These are cookies that are required for the operation of Luck and Luck. These cookies allow you to log into secure areas of our website, use a shopping cart and place orders.
Analytical/performance cookies: They collect information on how visitors use luckandluck.co.uk, including number of page visits and if they get error messages from web pages. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a visitor, instead the information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how luckandluck.co.uk works.
Functionality cookies:These are used to recognise you when you return to Luck and Luck and remember choices to make, such as keeping you logged into your account. This enables us to personalise our content for you and remember your preferences. The information these cookies collect may be anonymised and they cannot track your browsing activity on other websites.
Other cookies not currently used by Luck and Luck and its uses:
These cookies are used to deliver adverts more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaigns. They are usually placed by advertising networks with the website operator’s permission. They remember that you have visited a website and this information is shared with other organisations such as advertisers. Quite often targeting or advertising cookies will be linked to site functionality provided by the other organisation.
What happens if I disable cookies?
If you disable some or all of our cookies, our website may not function properly. If you choose to disable third party cookies, you will still be able to make purchases on luckandluck.co.uk, however if you disable all cookies, you will not be able to complete a transaction.
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track (DNT) feature. When DNT is enabled, it will send a request to a website so that your browsing behaviour is not tracked. There is currently no consensus on how companies should interpret DNT, and as a result luckandluck.co.uk does not currently respond to these requests.
How do I disable cookies?
If you choose to disable all of our cookies, luckandluck.co.uk may not function properly and you will be limited to browsing our website. You will not be able to add products to your basket and buy them.
Disabling cookies is different for each browser, so we would suggest you visit your browser’s support website to find the best way to do this.
