Terms and Conditions
If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 14 days of receipt and it can be exchanged or refunded. We can only accept items that have not been opened or used and are in their original packaging.
To return your item(s) email us first at email@example.com to notify us of the return which we will acknowledge within 24 hours. You must then return the goods to our registered address below securely and in the original packaging and at your own expense within a maximum of a further 7 days.

Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery, and we strongly recommend returning any items using registered post. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. You should notify us of receipt of faulty goods within two days of receipt and return them to us directly.
Once the goods have been returned to us we will issue a refund in full excluding any additional postage costs incurred above the standard free 2nd class postage.
Time limitation for notification of claims of Damaged in transit
If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery note (where applicable) and it will be your responsibility to inform us of the damage within 2 days of delivery.
Where applicable it is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery note (where applicable) and it will be your responsibility to notify us of any shortages within 2 days from delivery.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days from delivery.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
LiabilityWe shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or any loss to the customer arising from third party claims.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.

We offer a number of postage options direct through the website. Your order maybe either sent via Royal Mail or if the goods are heavier they may be sent via a courier. No Stock Lines
If an item is not in stock you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to cancel your order if you wish, otherwise goods will be dispatched when they become available.

We make every effort to deliver goods to you as rapidly as possible, however if the item is out of stock or is going to be delayed in any way then we will contact you via email with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Please note international delivery times vary. All parcels are sent out via Royal Mail.They are not a tracked service as standard.
